I think first of all, back to the Texas A and M announcement. This is a tier one public university that will have a significant presence in Fort Worth. Before this announcement, Fort Worth is the largest big city in Texas that did not have the presence of a large tier one public university in their city. Now, don't get me wrong, we are very proud to have TCU attendance, Texas Wesleyan and offshoot campus of UTA that have been great partners in Fort Worth. (12:08–12:16)
