And I know in the state legislature, we call it intent language. And at the federal level, it's really referred to as guidelines, the implementation guidelines for the national standards. And There are a number of them that Alaskans find relevant and largely ignored. And so I think one of the things that many Alaskans are looking at as a workaround to a reauthorization this time around is this issue of recommitting ourselves to these implementation guidelines.
