And so Don Young okayed my participation, and I was able to have a good conversation with both of them about an element of Magnuson Stevens that Some people in Alaska think [it] would be a positive change, and that's to have tribal representation on the North Pacific Fisheries Management council. And I also spoke about other issues. Bycatch and lack of abundance, and ways that Magnuson Stevens could be more receptive to some of the big paradigm changes that we're seeing now. (09:35–09:44)
