“Absolutely. We need to strengthen our healthcare system. And both urban hospitals that are seeing a lot of Medicaid patients, rural hospitals that have sparser geography, both face challenges. And I've supported increasing reimbursement under the Medicaid program and other kinds of financial help to those hospitals. I think we need to continue and increase that in the next state budget.
