Well, I'm glad you brought up reasonable cost, too, because significant pay increases for executives, those bonus packages, that's not a reasonable cost at a time of affordability, you shouldn't be passing that cost back on the ratepayers. Also Using ratepayer dollars for lobbying and political donations, that's also driving up costs. People are effectively spending money on their utility bills that is ultimately being used to jack up their rate so that they are spending even more money on the utility bills. (20:22–20:28)
