Well, I'm glad you brought up reasonable cost, too, because significant pay increases for executives, those bonus packages, that's not a reasonable cost at a time of affordability, you shouldn't be passing that cost back on the ratepayers. Also Using ratepayer dollars for lobbying and political donations, that's also driving up costs.
