And so The Department of Homeland Security needs to be completely revamped. and we need to create a more just and a more humane immigration enforcement agency. Everybody can agree that if somebody's committed a violent crime or a heinous crime, that person should not, and they're in this country illegally, that person should be deported. (26:11–26:16)
