If you were governor, would that program continue? Well, the program should not be statewide, for sure. The program should not have the income gaps lifted. It's been a boondoggle and It has completely destabilized public education in Wisconsin. Now, what I have led with, and the most important thing we could do, the most immediate step that we can take, is to provide a system of accountability, a system that gets the bad actors out there are these Fly by Night Schools.
