Well, you know, there are many governors and states who've been trying to pass school choice legislation, you know, for a long time. Some [governors and states] have really stuck with [school choice legislation] and got it done. They have in Texas, they just recently did in Iowa. to give students the opportunity not to be trapped in failed schools.
