What is your message to lawmakers who have pushed back against this funding? You know, it's been a tough issue to try and come up with a message to them because Virtually everyone I talk to, every legislator I spoke to, not one has not realized that we need to build a prison. And so it's been a very frustrating process to hear that and be as close as we are and then not, not be able to continue this project. (10:07–10:19)
