You know, we should be clear on that. And some people would say that they were, they were getting a windfall from these increases. They weren't. What was happening was There was a shift taking place towards owner occupied, away from the other classes of property. This bill will reverse that shift, if you will, and set more of a balance. I want to talk about Senate Bill 191 that got through the Senate yesterday unanimously. (07:00–07:08)
