I think we tend to ignore the minority, especially if it's a small minority. And I reminded them what I used to remind my caucus members of when I was a majority leader, that Each one of the people sitting in every chair in the legislature represent 1 35th of the state's population. And we owe them respect and we owe it to them to hear their voice. And so that's going to be my motivation with all 105 legislators. (13:12–13:22)
