When I was a child care provider, I seen numerous time upon time mothers dropping their kids off at daycare, knowing that they're sick, but they need that day's work to pay their electricity bill or to pay their rent. We have signs posted all around this building that says, if you're sick, stay at home. But for so many of our Wisconsin families, that's a luxury that they cannot afford. As life continues to evolve, responsibilities increase, families become, finances become more strained. And our time, the demands on our time become more endless. (01:59–02:12)
