And today we started working back in 2019, my very first year, to focus on being fiscally disciplined with our budget process. And because of that, we have built the largest savings account in state history. We've limited government. We've constitutionally, in our rainy day account, max it out. We can't put another dollar in. It's total totally maxed out. And we peaked out at 5.5 billion in savings. At its very peak. We've cut 1.6 billion in taxes over the last eight years. (04:45–04:49)
