When you look at the growth from other states that have a fee for service model, I think we're on track. There's been, you can look at the population. We have around 24% of our folks in Oklahoma on Medicaid. Other states, Utah is around 12%. So we have, we have more people and it's just unsustainable over time. But the managed care is supposed to slow that growth down and that's, it's basically happening. (17:58–18:04)
