We spend about 10, $11 billion on Medicaid programs today. And again, it is what it is. The legislature, it's a zero sum game. There's not an empty checkbook in the government. We have to have a balanced budget. And we can't open up our checkbook and say we're going to spend whatever amount that we get billed from the hospitals for these things. So it is what it is.
