We owe it to the Americas, to America's foster youth to ensure the Chaffey program is working for them, providing them with the best opportunities for success and independence. This legislation and the package of reforms we are considering today will make a meaningful difference in their lives of all foster youth and ensure they can achieve and receive the resources they need for a successful future.
