The land based systems obviously have MERC capability of multiple nuclear weapons that you can put on each missile to give you significant capability. We are not doing very well in the hypersonic program. It's frustrating. We created the [hypersonic] technology back in the nineties. The Chinese stole it, perfected it, deployed it. They have over 1000 hypersonic missiles now deployed. We have none. The Air Force Arrow program has just been canceled, unfortunately, because they just can't meet the testing criteria.
