But saying that in the meantime, we've got to make some choices, priorities to fund our national security, and that's what we're going to do. We've been given a number. We're going to be marking to that number. Obviously, It's not enough to meet all the challenges that we have, especially with China arising, China especially their shipbuilding program and the inadequacy of our own shipbuilding program.
