It's frustrating. We created the technology back in the nineties. The Chinese stole it, perfected it, deployed it. They have over 1000 hypersonic missiles now deployed. We have none. The Air Force Arrow program has just been canceled, unfortunately, because they just can't meet the testing criteria. The army program, they claim is going to be. They're going to have some deployed by the end of this year. I'm a little cynical about that. (10:54–11:02)
