And we've got to figure out, as the district attorney said, especially within the family court system, we don't know. This is very early days of this investigation. But I'm going to speak generally. Oftentimes when we have a situation where a juvenile uses a gun, there have been multiple interactions with that juvenile before they pick up that gun and use it. They've been arrested, they've been in family court, they're having issues and acting out in school. So for the most part, we know who these young people are. (12:48–13:02)
