They've been arrested, they've been in family court, they're having issues and acting out in school. So for the most part, we know who these young people are. And It has historically been Albany county probation and the programs that are available that family court judges can funnel young people into that have helped. Have helped to prevent them from getting further down that path and picking up that gun. Something is broken there. And so we've got to roll up our sleeves and get to the bottom of it. (13:13–13:22)
