I have worked long and hard for the last four years to drive crime down. We have the lowest homicide rate in our state in decades. We're the third lowest number of homicide deaths in the Nation. We have four. Four homicides per 100,000 in New York State. You know what it is? In Texas, it's 14. In Florida, it's 13. So people think that we're a high crime city and state. We're not. Because of the policies that I've enacted. The toughest gun laws in the nation are here in New York and it's saving lives. (11:41–11:50)
