The only guns you can get hands on are probably back on the streets. And I have worked tirelessly to drive down the number of guns on our streets. We've been successful. I spent $3 billion on law enforcement mostly to stop homicides and shootings. And our number since I became governor, shootings and homicides are down about 60%. That's real progress from looking at laws, putting money, resources where they need to go to protect communities and, and making sure there's coordination. (15:27–15:33)
