I lifted some of the extra costs of dealing with the subway system and others. And I'm also continuing to help fund police, again, focus on public safety. I'm covering the cost of police officers over time in the city of New York. $77 million again in my budget this year. What that has done is drive down crime on the subways to, again, historic lows.
