The road has been long, but the journey was worth it. It's my pleasure to introduce my friend and governing partner, Governor Josh Shapiro. We served 93 million free breakfast to Pennsylvania students last year, 11 million more than the year before. Today there are 3,000 more Pennsylvania students who are enrolled in career and technical education courses.
