The road has been long, but the journey was worth it. It's my pleasure to introduce my friend and governing partner, Governor Josh Shapiro. Consumer affairs now ranks Pennsylvania as one of the top states for a quality public education in the entire country. It's a hell of a lot of progress that we've made together and this budget builds on all of that. It again increases funding for basic education and special education. (06:59–07:07)
