I was absolutely adamant that there would be no cuts to Medicaid services, and there are none in this budget. We insisted. We insisted that every single dollar of adequacy funding for our students and our schools be in this budget. And every single dollar is there. Chairman Harris. And despite forces that wanted to undercut the progress that we made over the last few years, we stayed at the table to ensure that the foundation we built only got stronger. (26:37–26:47)
