Second degree murder convictions with no statutory minimum on the books. Are you comfortable with that? And whose responsible, whose responsibility is it to fix it? Well, first, I think the Pennsylvania Supreme Court made the right decision [on second degree murder law]. I believe that our second degree murder law was unconstitutional.
