Because of our work together, Pennsylvania is on the rise. Thanks to the great leadership of Colonel Bivens, the men and women of the Pennsylvania State Police, and our law enforcement partners at every level. We have reduced crime across Pennsylvania by 16% and homicides are down 39% across our Commonwealth. We've put nearly 2,000 more police on the beat. All across our commonwealth, graduation rates and test scores are up while truancy is down. (09:54–10:03)
