I've talked to moms of kids who have taken their own lives because of engagement back and forth with these chatbots that encourage them to take their own life. And so We conducted really an investigation through our agents in the Department of State who went onto one of these chatbots...and within minutes, the chatbot was dispensing medical advice, said they were a licensed medical professional in Pennsylvania and even provided a phony medical ID number. number that's against the law in Pennsylvania to impersonate a physician or any sort of medical personnel. And so we sued them, and we're going to hold them accountable, and we're trying to change that whole industry and protect our kids. (25:42–26:09)
