As a result of last year's investment of $20 million, we were able to pay stipends to 2,000 student teachers, putting more teachers in the classrooms with our kids where they belong. This year, we weren't satisfied with that. Instead, we increased it to $30 million to ensure that student teachers get paid for their hard work.
