Speed matters and we can now deliver that here in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I just want to thank Ben Kershner and his team. They're doing a hell of a job for all of us. This project is going to create at least 150 construction jobs and 700 permanent jobs right here in this community. Here in Lackawanna County.
