In my budget last year, we secured an historic $500 million for site development to literally lay the foundation for economic growth in Pennsylvania. Last May, I announced the first round of projects to get funding through what we call the PA Sites program. That included repurposing land in the Philadelphia Navy Shipyard so we can host cutting edge innovation advanced life sciences companies who are looking to locate next to our great universities down in southeastern Pennsylvania.
