For years this project was stuck because they couldn't get started on the reclamation process until they got all of their permits in order to. Our Office of Transformation Opportunity worked directly with Mark to get this project admitted into what we call the PA Permit Fast Track Initiative. designed to specifically help speed up and simplify the process for major projects like this. Thanks to Ben's work at oto, they already have five of the major permits that they need for this project and they are ahead of schedule. (09:43–10:01)
