I mean, yes, Washington county is the 10th largest county in Wisconsin, but it's only 140,000 people out of nearly 6 million in the state. I think we need to do something different. We can't use the same old, same old approach. It just isn't working. I really firmly believe it's a turning of a page. It's the passing of the torch.
