The entire request reconciliation and the base budget is a priority for the department and we need you all to execute the program and we will continue to work with you as that as that rolls out. Well Should we expect this request to be a one year anomaly or is the department planning to continue to shift defense funding into mandatory accounts going forward? which would give this committee far less oversight over defense spending.
