I can't speak to the level of conversation of the strategy going forward. Congressman, let me just say this and then I'll yield back and the respectful one other people to be able to speak. I think this is a dangerous precedent. I think Article 1 responsibilities and the role that is vested in this committee to do oversight and I'm a new member but I think this is really important not only for congressional integrity and congressional responsibilities and prerogatives for the American people.
