There's a lot of things we can do at the federal level, and I've won over some of them already in this debate, and we need to do it. But we also need to be realistic about what's caused this problem. We've had a lot of folks move into this state, a lot of folks with thick wallets, a lot of folks that drive up the cost of housing. And quite frankly, it's resulted in on affordability and housing.
