And so the legislature has been afraid to make any cuts. And you know, we don't want to cut jobs, but on the other hand, We can't keep a job for the sake of keeping a job when it becomes too expensive for Vermont taxpayers to afford. And so you really need somebody, it seems to me, first off, you need structural people you need engineers, you need business people who have had to restructure businesses and look at efficiencies.
