I don't know what those are, but I would love to sit down and work with the law enforcement and with the judiciary and find out. There's two problems. Number one, In a lot of places there's nothing enough police and they don't have enough tools. Sometimes they have to watch a drug house for months and months before they get enough evidence so they can actually go in and make the arrest and have it stick. (49:46–49:52)
