And it has stifled any attempts to really have any educational reform or oversight of DPI or the state education system since then. It's been 30 years almost. And because the Supreme Court was interpreting a constitutional provision, Unless we amend the Constitution, we really can't create any sort of new oversight of our state education. The state superintendent has to be supreme over education. So I would really, really like to see the Supreme Court overturn that case and get back to a common sense reading of that amendment that just says the state superintendent and other state officials.
