And because the Supreme Court was interpreting a constitutional provision, unless we amend the Constitution, we really can't create any sort of new oversight of our state education. The state superintendent has to be supreme over education. So I would really, really like to see the Supreme Court overturn that case and get back to a common sense reading of that amendment that just says the state superintendent and other state officials.
