We built that into not only a big tree and vine nursery, we built it into a research center. We've revolutionized how trees and vines are grown. We've introduced clonal rootstocks for almonds and pistachios and walnuts that allow orchards to be adapted to lower water use. Wetter soils, like a delta where there's too much water, sometimes to higher saltwater use. We've been technical leaders in our field, we have scaled up and industrialized our nursing processes to where we've created jobs for hundreds of people today, thousands of people. (28:00–28:08)
