If somebody wants to vote one way or another on the propositions, honestly, I think too many propositions go through in California. We've got a supermajority up at the statehouse. They can take responsibility for all the policies in California for decades now. There's no Haman and Han. Republicans haven't been elected office. If it's bad and happening in California, the Democrats own it. Republicans try hard, but we haven't grabbed that steering wheel for quite a while. (51:09–51:16)
