Like, that's not good enough for us in Wisconsin. So we better be doing things in health care that are going to be responsive. Many other states, 40 other states expanded Medicaid since Obamacare was passed. Wisconsin never did that. We should be the 41st. It's not going to solve as many problems as it would have if we had done this 10 years ago. (09:18–09:26)
