For many years, we have spent only federal money on early childhood education, on daycares. Last year, for the first time, we put in money to help prop up what is generally failing system. And you know, It's about $110 million. It runs out on June 30 and on July 1. If you have to send your kids to daycare and if you're a private payer, your costs are going up, the waiting lists are going up at all those places. (15:56–16:02)
