I'm speaking to you on December 18th, which is roughly the one year anniversary of Congress taking an historic step to pass as part of the annual Defense Authorization bill, Congress passed provisions in the law that put into place the Aukus Security Agreement. The Aukus Security Agreement is a three nation collaboration by Australia, the United Kingdom and the US which again allows those three countries to address a much more contested security environment in the Indo Pacific.
