And again, coming from a district which is the home of the general contractor, both the Virginia program and Columbia, we have seen this happening in real time. In 2023, Electric Boat, the contractor, hired 5,300 people in one year. As we come to the close of 2024, they're going to be at roughly 4,000 hires this year. And the projection for next year is going to be at a similar pace. The job training programs, the secondary education programs that are now really shifting to an emphasis on metal trades skills is really succeeding. (17:08–17:14)
