Our schools are experiencing shortfalls and teacher shortages and not enough resources in the classroom as well, certainly for women's reproductive health concerns. We, we are very at a point where we need certainty for our doctors and our families because We're not getting doctors to stay here in Wisconsin. And I'm hearing from doctors in every field, cardiology, dermatology, orthopedics, not just ob GYN folks, that they are having an impossible time recruiting doctors to move to Wisconsin for the very reason that we don't have certainty in our healthcare access.
