Notwithstanding all his ads, how much he's praising the need for literacy and how he's a pro fan of literacy, He is, as vice chair of the joint Finance committee, is withholding 49 million of the $50 million approved by the legislature and the governor to get into the schools, literacy coaches and the like. So it's this type of obstructionism and divisiveness which is really hurting Wisconsin.
